Best places to camp near car for free/cheap?

I stayed at one of the NYS campgrounds near Phoenicia with my dog last year and I think it was like $25 a night? Wasn’t too bad but wondering if there’s any cheaper options. I backpack a lot with my dog but in the summer with it being so hot I like to be near my car for cooler/water at night.

Was on 7 for only a month or so but learned a shitload of lessons

Had no clue what it was when my friend gave me one and I told them I’ve never felt so good in my life. Spent the next month drinking a lot but 7 was the highlight of my highs everyday. It was fun until I realized it was making me numb and I felt like a junkie.

Just got through withdrawals and it’s tempting to just take a pill here and there but I cannot do those withdrawals again. I’m familiar with alcohol withdrawal but holy shit the physical withdrawals this shit can do to your body in such little time is crazy.

Stay away, I know I’m going to try.

Morning of day 2. Worth trying to go buy vitamin c? Couldn’t sleep a single minute and feel terrible.

I wish I would’ve realized you’re suppose to start taking vitamin c before you quit cold turkey. I had the worst night of my life trying to sleep last night sweating, tossing and turning for almost 10 hours. No sleep at all. I’ve been on about 100 mg for a month so hoping I can maybe get some sleep tonight I really need to for work.
Can you find the specific vitamin c formulas at Walmart, gnc or Walgreens?

Stressed that I have to move in 2 months and don’t know where to start looking. Would like to keep my commute under 4 mins and pay around $1800

I’ve done the popular peaks around the Loj the last week of June before and the mud wasn’t terrible. What we thinking for this year? I don’t live in New York anymore so not sure how much snow you all got this year.

Also, are there peaks that are less affected by snow/rainy months leading up to the summer?
