Noticed a burning smell coming from my bike after I took my bike out for a ride and checked and saw this brown liquid looks like oil under the exhaust pipe I don't see any oil leaks visible from the engine please help what is this?

Soo I've always been bothered by these chicken strips on my bike lol but this is like as far as I can lean before I feel like I'm gonna kiss the ground so can I improve my skills and lean further or I'm at the limit?
