I have Gamepass Ultimate which includes EA Play. I downloaded NCAA 26 but when I go to launch it, it says I have to be using the same profile that downloaded the game to play it. I only have one profile on my console. I tried playing through cloud gaming and got the same message. Anyone else get that and know what to do?
