Behind the curve on saving/investing for kids college funds.
Hello all, looking for some advice. I have two kids that are likely going to university. One is about 5 years out and the other is about 8 years away from freshman year at college. My initial “college savings plan” for them was to sell one of my rental properties when I needed to, but as the time draws closer I’m not liking that idea as much. What should I do at this point? Just go aggressive on 529s? Thoughts?
