I just picked up a new Roscoe 7 from Trek. They did say they just swapped it over to tubeless. I'm not sure if it can take a bit to settle? It almost looks like the rim is bent? I should have checked it over better when I was there. As I'm about an hour and 20 away from the shop. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what they can do for me. I've just never had tubeless tires and idk if this is common when running them.
