So I was rear ended last year and deemed to be not at fault. This collision damaged my rear bumper, but also shook the car enough for the radiator fan to contact something and break taking multiple other components with it.

I've waited 7 months and finally they tell me they will not fix the damage to the cooling system and there is no way it could be caused by the accident. I would really just like my car back in the same working order that it was before the accident.

I have never been in an accident or filed an insure claim before and have no idea what kind of recourse I have or where I should go from here?
