I completed the interviews and successfully negotiated terms with the recruiter. When they called to confirm the offer letter, they told me that I needed to sign it, after which they would send me the next steps—such as flight and hotel arrangements—for the training in California. It has now been a week since I signed the offer letter, and I haven't received any email or phone call regarding those next steps. I am supposed to give my two weeks' notice at my current job today, but since I haven't received the follow-up instructions, I am unsure whether I should go ahead and give notice.
