Between Allure, and Ipsy sending me a second Ultimate instead of the Extra for this month, I’ve got three YSL lippies and they’re all Watermelon High. I love the color, but I’ll never get through three of these. Any idea how to store these so they last? I even would have been happy if one of them was the clear.
A really good box and I’m pretty happy. There was a screw-up on Ipsy’s part with my second account and it looks like I’ll be getting a second Ultimate instead of the Extra. Not happy about that but it’s not the end of the world, just annoying that they charge me for it. Hoping I get satisfactory resolution.
UPDATE: I just realized I never got an email notification to choose either. I also got a notification that the Ipsy person who's in this sub just replied but than deleted their response. So that's helpful...
I've been trying to make my Original choice since 7:30am PT this morning and it won't let me. I click the "choose now" button and it just loops me back to the same page. Anyone else have this issue? Please don't suggest using the phone app, as I access my other account (for my Extra) through that and since I can never remember my logins, it'd be a pain to switch. I'm not thrilled with any of the options, so if Ipsy chooses for me it's not really a big deal, but their IT department has been dropping the ball consistently for at least a year now.
