Anyone else get an email to return to office next month?

Not sure if this has something to do with the merger or if policy is changing for work at home people but it seems like working in center will be required for meetings now.

It's official. Spectrum is the worst company to work for.

Yea Yea I know, they've been going downhill but now with that email that just came out, it made me start looking for other jobs. They are starting to cut internal costs and of course the employees are first. Employees are getting fired right away instead of it leading to a corrective first. It's just going to get worse from here. Anyone looking to apply, don't. The micromanagement is unbearable and getting out of hand. You could be doing good on your metrics but even then you still get coachings "to do better". Everything is getting internally logged to probably use it against you if they have to fire you. Unemployment will get denied because of all the things they have against you.

TLDR; leave/don't apply

Edit: anyone recommend companies to work for in the Texas region?
