Im done with this shop , been working here for 3 years and the service advisors are annoying tf outta me . They are females and don’t know what tf their talking about and what their doing . I was given a 30k on a Subaru and now it’s back for some creaking noise which was due to sway bar bushing being worn out already . I recommended those parts and now my boss is coming up to me talking about how I have to test drive every car before and after every service interval which all I did I’m on this car for the 30k was oil change and diff fluid . Even the master tech was confused cause we don’t test drive cars before a service interval or after . Their just making up rules as they go
