AI in my single-player campaign has a modifier for diplomatic weight called Petlenn Addenmost, giving them +5% and +200% diplomatic weight. Searching Petlenn Addenmost doesn't give any results, so I guess it some kind of random generated name of a leader or something.

They are a Irenic Dictatorship, with fanatic-pacifist xenophile ethics, in a Holy Covenant federation (lvl5) with 5 other members. They are the overlord of 3 of the 5 members in the federation.

Does anyone know what this could be?
