I Sparked from Dec 2025 through Mar 2026 before getting hired by Walmart as a personal shopper. I worked for a week before realizing that my body couldn’t handle the pace. Those employees walk about 12,000 steps a day.

My last day was April 6th. I was deactivated from Spark on April 9th for being an employee...understood. I appealed, thinking “I’m not anymore. Maybe the system hasn’t synced yet”. Denied!

So, I waited a week, got the separation letter from HR on April 14th, and requested the pre-arbitration phone call on April 17th.

The following Monday, April 20th, the app said my request is in review. It was last updated on the 22nd and then today (27th). So, at least someone is touching it every few days.

Can anyone give me some insight from experience on this process?
