False Hunger?

So I caught a virus back in January.
I’m suspecting Covid or something of that nature.
However it brought my reflux symptoms to a premium lol.

I did Pantropzaole for 2 months and came off. Did cabbage juice for two weeks and I was back to normal for 4 weeks until this past Friday.
It was an incredibly stressful few days prior. I’m giving my first speech at a wedding tomorrow and my anxiety was through the roof.
The next morning at 4am all my symptoms came back.
It’s been messing with my ability to stay asleep for long periods of time.
Like the hunger sensation. But I also feel this in my throat too. Hunger I mean. Not like really any pain.

But my stress and anxiety is high currently.
I’ve had almost every test besides an endoscopy cuz my Gi wanted to see if it got better.
Sometimes I can not feel it if I’m distracted. But I’m def flaring again. It sucks
I can eat and then soon there after the sensations come back.
I just don’t understand
It’s like sometimes I don’t feel it in my stomach directly. It’s bizarre. Truly

I thought about starting Pepcid or Pantro again but I’m just like idk.
I’m gonna make another appointment obviously but I feel lost.
