Warranty Claim [Bambino Plus]
Just had a positive experience and wanted to share.
Bambino plus just passed its 2 year period and suddenly it stopped heating the water. I ran a couple descale cycles through it but nothing changed. Normally I descale every other month. The next day I place a call to support, we did a video call to diagnose the probem further. They kept asking when was the last time I did a descale to which I answered "yesterday and many times". After the end of the call they quickly tried to tell me to run a descale again and almost hung up on me but I pushed further that descaling did not do anything. Then they said they'd send me a shipping label to send the unit in.
Didn't have to pay or box the unit, just brought it to UPS and 4 business days later I got the unit back and it's working great.
