This was just added to gamepass and I thought I would give it a try. Im on the base Xbox Ally (white model) and I was playing at 1080 with everything set to EPIC.
60fps with drops down to about 50 but no noticeable stuttering.
VSync was turned off using FSR3I'm
Foliage was turned on
Motion Blur turned off
I was using Windowed Fullscreen.
15W TDP Perfomance
I will say the controls are super janky but once you get used them they really were not that bad. Ive completed 2 runs so far and I'm fairly happy with the performance. I'm sure with some tweaking it would run even better. The ends of both runs with the boss and adds is when I saw the most drops but I never saw anything under 50 and it didn't stutter at all.
Worried that late game/difficulty might have a major performance hit but really won't know until or if I get there.
if you like bullet hells and roguelikes/roguelites I would say give it a try.
