Left door hinge in for size comparison. First one I've ever seen in my hosue, been here for 5 years. Found next to front door. Am I screwed? Could it be a neighbors? One of my neighbors doesn't appear to take care of their house at all.

Edit: Adding on that it flew for a very short amount of time after I had sprayed it.
