I have an issue where my printer started just suddenly printing in the air no matter how many times I restart the device and perform all the calibrations that I can do whether I do them from the main menu or do it prior to starting a print.
They had me send the logs and this was their response and apparently I must need an electrical engineering degree to fix this?!?! This is wild!

The communication of the extruder driver chip is abnormal, and it cannot read or write registers normally. This is a clear communication malfunction that needs to be checked immediately
solution
Check if the power supply of the extruder drive chip is normal
Check if the SPI or UART communication circuit of the extruder is normal
Check if there is a short circuit or open circuit in the communication line
Check the soldering quality of the driver chip pins
Re plug and unplug the driver chip connection cable
Restart the device to reset the driver
If the problem persists, the extruder driver chip needs to be replaced
