RIP my trusty bike frame (2014 Raleigh Sojourn, steel, 23,000+ miles over 10+ years), due to a large crack above the bottom bracket across both down tube and seat tube. Most new frames now are thru-axle and flat-mount brakes, which could make swapping over the (relatively new) components tricky.
