I help run Laced In Vows, an Australian wedding photography and film brand focused on soft, candid, and editorial-style storytelling.
We’re looking for a creative assistant with a strong eye for aesthetics — someone who understands how to select the right moments, not just edit them.
This role is focused on maintaining the brand’s visual identity across our website and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
What you’ll be doing:
- Selecting the best images from wedding galleries (very important)
- Creating short-form content (Reels / TikTok, including captions)
- Assisting with Instagram and Pinterest posts
- Writing blog posts / portfolio entries when needed
- Helping maintain a consistent, luxury/editorial aesthetic
This is a strong fit if you:
- Have a strong creative eye and sense of taste
- Understand Instagram/TikTok trends and pacing
- Appreciate candid, natural, and editorial-style photography
- Can write naturally in a soft, story-driven tone
- Care about how a brand feels, not just performance metrics
Not a fit if:
- You rely on templates or generic edits
- You focus purely on “what gets views”
- You don’t have a strong sense of visual curation

This is a freelance / per-project role (depending on task, price starts at $10 AUD) with ongoing work potential. Full-time remote position.
Location: anywhere in the Philippines as long as you meet the deliverables. This is a fully remote role.
Payment: Wise
