Good morning, I’m having an issue. I bought an Intel Arc B570 and installed it on my PC. I installed the drivers and was even able to test some games.

The problem is that after restarting the PC, the BIOS no longer detects the GPU. The motherboard speaker gives a GPU error and the screen stays black.

I know the GPU works because at some point I was able to get video output again and Windows detected it properly, but after shutting down the PC the issue comes back.

My setup:

• Motherboard: Asus A320M-K
• CPU: Ryzen 3 4350G

I believe this might be a compatibility issue, since this motherboard only supports "Above 4G Decoding" and ReBAR through a BIOS update (not natively), which might be unstable.

Has anyone with a similar setup managed to get an Intel Arc GPU working properly?
Any BIOS settings or recommendations I should try?

Buenas gente ando con un problema, me compre una Arc B570, la instale en la pc, descargue los driver e incluso llegue a probar algún que otro juego (anda muy lindo la grafica). al reiniciar la pc la BIOS ya no me la detecta, el speaker tira error de gpu y queda la pantalla en negro, se que la grafica anda porque en algún momento pude volver a tener imagen de video y Windows la detecto pero al apagar la pc volvió a hacer lo mismo. tengo entendido que podría ser un problema de compatibilidad con la mother (Asus A320 mk + Ryzen 3 4350g) al tener "soporte" de above 4G y Rebar por actualización de bios y no ser nativo podría ser medio inestable. alguno que la tenga mas clara que yo o si tiene una configuración parecida y funciona como la hizo andar. muchas gracias un saludo !!
