The chaos could be staged to force the Supreme Court to give Bato a TRO

  1. The SC withheld the TRO and gave them 72 hours to reply. But the Supreme Court added a loophole saying they can take urgent measures "should it become necessary"

  2. They need to bypass that waiting time. Kaya sabi ni Jimmy Bondoc sa interview kanina they will not wait anymore kasi may serious death threat kay Bato kaya din siya magstay sa Senate for safety

  3. To trigger that SC clause they need an extreme emergency. Kaya ginagamit nila yung nangyayari to claim na may seryosong death threat kay Bato.

  4. That is why he is locked down in the Senate. Hindi lang siya nagtatago. They are manufacturing a life and death situation. Kahit hindi marunong umarte si Allan at Imee.

They are staging this crisis so the SC will be forced to step in and save him before the ICC gets him.

They are acting shocked and pleading for help from the NBI and DILG like the building is under siege.

along with the drama. This looks like a scripted performance to distract the perimeter guards.

While everyone is focused on the noise Bato has been missing for hours. Rumors are already flying that he managed to leave the Senate building during the chaos. We know how fast he can move when he needs to. This smoke screen was the perfect way to escape the golden cage the admin built for him.
