PvE mode for Tarkov Arena?

I got back into Tarkov Arena and it's honestly unplayable

Every single match I play is full of blatant cheaters using default presets, clearly just trying to farm rewards and leave

In 100% of the matches I lose, the enemy team spawn-traps us, and it's the exact same story for the ones I win

It's insane how many people just camp in this game and only use meta weapons. If you run anything off-meta, you hit them 10 times and they only need 2 shots to kill you

It would be awesome if there was a PvE mode with the same game modes, where you could test out weapons or just hop in to shoot some bots.

Wouldn't it also be a good option to keep rewards exclusive to Arena instead of transferring them to Escape from Tarkov?

I get that PvE features are looked down on in this game niche, but it's absolute garbage having to play against people who die 3 times and drop 40 kills, or having a massive arsenal and being forced to use only 10 weapons because of the meta

That being said, I want to stress that the biggest issue is cheaters, and given how Tarkov works, the only real alternative is PvE.

"Why is ShadowPlay so efficient?

I have been recording gameplays with OBS for some months, and I really feel that it lowers performance a lot

Even when I record at a high bitrate like 30,000 kbps, I get a warning in OBS saying the encoder is overloaded

Now I tried recording with ShadowPlay and I don't feel any difference even recording at 50,000 mb, something that really surprises me

I've been seriously considering buying a second PC just for recording, but I don't know if that's overkill since I have ShadowPlay right now

After the closure of SPT, is it time for official PVE with mods? [Discussion]

With no other choice but to go back to official PVE, I remembered they promised to add native mod support, but it still hasn't arrived. And in a way, I've noticed that not many people seem to care about it

In my case, after the closure of SPT, I hope native mods arrive so I can stay up to date with the game, as well as use mods to create a unique experience tailored to my version of the game

Use mods in offline mode

Some time ago I got into the world of mods for this wonderful game and I discovered that the only way to use them is to create a server and add the mods and the map. It works relatively well, but apparently there are very few bots or they only spawn in very specific places on the maps, as well as not being able to increase the difficulty or use mods on maps like the shooting range

I have searched for information, but it is very scarce on this topic

Unrealistic difficulty

A few weeks ago I downloaded this amazing game, and somehow it got me back into football.

My only issue with the game is its somewhat random and unrealistic difficulty. I've only played Master League, and when I play with an English second-division team, I lose or draw every match, and when I score I only get 1 or 2 goals. But when I play against top-flight teams in the cup like Manchester United, Chelsea, or Arsenal, I win relatively easily... to the point of being 22nd in the second division and winning the cup relatively easily.

One of my suspicions is that top-tier and world-class teams are much softer in defense, whereas against the other teams, the opponent is parked in their own box almost the entire time. Also, for some reason, they score a lot of free kicks against me.

I want to upload models but it detects that the images I use are not real

Hi, I’m a 3D designer who wants to upload 3D models to Maker World, but when I upload rendered images with the Cycles engine in Blender, it flags them as not real

In my case, I don’t have a really good camera or a studio worth thousands of dollars — something Blender solves really well

Could I upload one real image of a 3D print and the rest as renders?

I understand that an AI‑generated image can be very different from the final result, but in my case the render is literally the STL I want to upload to the site

I wanted to install SideQuest on my Meta Quest 3, and since I couldn’t use the charging cable, I used a regular phone cable. When I tried to accept the ADB prompt, I heard a sound like something short-circuiting, and when I touched the port it felt very hot. I quickly disconnected it, burning myself a little, but fortunately the headset’s port is intact and the headset works perfectly.
After that, the headset got very hot, and I heard the fan for the first time. I felt the hot air coming out of the vents

Now my concern is whether my headset might have any damage, and I wonder if anyone else has experienced something similar and if their headset continued to function normally

I hope my headset is fine, and one thing is very clear: please do not use generic cables with your Meta Quest 3s
