I adore my Quest 3 and use it daily, but my initial skepticism of Meta's new VR Glasses has been pretty washed away. I have an excellent carrying case for my Quest 3 with enough room for the fancy strap, but it's still not super portable for places I'd like to bring it. The much lower FOV is what had me worried, but after watching videos from multiple people who have gotten to try the glasses, the general consensus seems to be that it's "just enough" to be playable for VR games on. That got me thinking.

The productivity stuff with improved hand tracking seems super cool and it would be really easy to just wear these around my house watching things. After using Muse a bit so far, having that as an integrated assistant has me pretty excited. The virtual keyboard on flat surfaces is apparently quite accurate from those who got to test it so far. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of the processing being offloaded onto a puck, or not having a strap behind the head, but people seem to be saying it feels more stable than it looks.

I'm not sure if looking forward to this new device is unpopular or not, but I'm quite pumped for it. I'll likely switch back and forth between my Quest 3 and these depending on the game. Anyone else looking forward to it?

I made a previous post how my quest 3 wont charge past 72%. I did factory reset, hold power button for 20 to 45 seconds, updated software etc. Nothing works and meta is offering me to buy a refurbished one for 359.

Should i pay a 100 deductible to asurion since I have home protect?

Just buy a new quest 3 from best buy and it will be covered by my total membership?

Wait for quest 4?

Or deal with my other vr headsets like steam frame?

Ive always thought the design of the quest3s looks really cool. But the inner workings of the quest 3 is far more superior than the 3s' inner workings. What im trying to say is: one has better graphics, lenses, pass through, and storage capacity. And one has worse graphics, lenses, pass through, and storage capacity... I think yall know what I'm talking about. So my question is; is it possible to add the six camera design on the quest 3 with a few mods? (Sorry for the yap..)
