My first ever grill, and first ever cook on a grill. Simple brats, peppers and onions. Read up on dual zone cooking and have been reading through Weber’s official grilling cookbook.
Turned out really good! It was a much longer process than I realized it would be, but worth it. Had a beer and read a book while the chimney lit and the grill preheated.
Melted the handle on my chimney a bit. Oops.
