Hello! I have been wondering this since I want to find a job in Switzerland later on, after having a Master's degree in Switzerland as a Non EU.

Does it makes a relevant difference in your chances to finding your first job in Switzerland if you had job experience in a Swiss company in your home country instead of just experience in a local company of your home country?

Like let's suppose I am mexican, I have heard people say Swiss employers value more that I had previous experience from a Swiss company in Mexico, than having just experience from a Mexican company.

Is this true? and is it really a big difference?
