So I bought my ticket through a third party app. China Eastern does not allow to manage a booking that was not made directly with them, however, they do allow you to change your seats and check if your ticket is real.

A couple of days ago I tried doing both and both came out right. I was able to check my seat (meaning they had my booking on their system) and to get the verification that my ticket is real. Nevertheless, since yesterday it only shows me my seat. In other words, when I go to the validation webpage it says it cannot find my itinerary, what should I do?

Yesterday I booked a flight from Osaka to Shanghai with China Eastern through the Capital One Travel App. I got a confirmation email from them and they gave me both a confirmation code for Capital One and for China Eastern.

China Eastern does not allow for third-party tickets to be seen on the website. However, I have seen that they DO allow you to select seats and there is a tool to see if your ticket is authentic. The problem is that they ask for my ticket number which I never received and I do not know how to retrieve. I tried through the China eastern and Capital one Website and none are helpful.

Does anyone know what to do?
