Had an unfortunate run-in with an InfoStealer/MicroStealer type software. I saved my accounts but now I need to deal with a potentially infected PC (have left it disconnected off the internet and turned it off for the time being).

Any recommendations on how to do this? My main concern is the drivers and having it still function properly after wiping and reinstalling windows. Would Lenovo Vantage be enough?
