From the 2025 URA Masterplan, it still reads as a reserve site, but I see extensive construction being done there. I’d assumed it was some works for the potential start of the planned Long Island, but it looks like they’re doing quite a bit of clearing.
It would be a shame this park area is slated to be cleared for yet another set of ‘prime’ residential estates. In my opinion, it’d be really odd because nothing south of that cycling artery is residential at the moment.
