In around 95% of all cases, people who have an NDE see only deceased people. Sometimes they see people they think are still alive, who have died without their knowledge.

But it is very rare that NDE experiencers see people that are still alive.

Even if its not a 95:5 but a 90:10 split - this shouldnt be possible. Hallucinations are random. If you see people then the split between alive/dead should be pretty even.

Especially considered that most people probably know more living than dead people.

Logically and Mathematically this would indicate that NDEs are real events and not hallucinations. For how would the brain hallucinate overwhelming often about deceased people you knew but almost never about the living?
