Came home from work, turned on my PC and one of my SSD's didnt show up, which is weird because I've never had any issues with it before. Restart didn't fix the problem so I thought turn it off at the PSU open it up and re-seat the cables

My issue is when I shut the power supply off at the back, my ram lights started turning on and off blinking. Which shouldn't be happening is that a sign that my PSU is failing or is that a pretty common issue.

It stopped once I turned the wall plug off, it started again when I turned the wall plug and PSU back on.

Good news though my SSD showed back up, could this also be related to that issue? Why would this be happening, is it pretty common? Any advice would be greately appreicated
