Is it just me, or did they totally fumble the ball on this? A little disappointed with his appearance but at least the dwarves and Smaug are looking great!

I mostly just collect the cards for the fun images and aesthetics, so the main character of this set being a whiff is kind of a bummer. Arghhh! 🏴‍☠️

Was hoping I could easily replace these windows with stained glass, but it looks like the windows were glued in place? Any suggestions on how to safely remove them? I'm moderately skilled at DIY projects, but by no means an expert. Thank you for any tips/suggestions!
