Hello,

I have an XCM50 and it sounds great, when it works, but this software has been nothing but problems. The main issue I have stems from the software randomly turning off input from the mic requiring me to restart my computer before I can use this mic again. I normally can see the audio level bar move as it revives audio but occasionally it will turn off and pick up 0 audio and the only way to get this mic to work again is to restart my computer. I am not sure if it is an audio conflict thing but it makes the mic unusable and I have never had this problem with other brands.

I am wondering if anybody has any experience with this and knows if there is anyway to avoid this unify software entirely.
