BEWARE of Twinqo Phil Home Automation Services - Professional Scammer (₱122k Down Payment Lost)
Hi everyone, I wanted to share this experience to warn fellow homeowners, builders, and architects. I recently fell for a very sophisticated scam by a company called Twinqo Phil Home Automation Services.
The Modus Operandi:
This company is very good at looking legitimate. They have a polished website (https://twinqophil.com/home/), an active Facebook page (facebook.com/Twinqophil), and they use a professional-looking 6-page technical quotation. Their technical knowledge of automated gate systems is convincing enough that even a professional like myself believed they were an industry leader lalo with 178k FOLLOWRERS.
The Incident:
Contract Signed: March 17, 2026, for an Automated Turning Sliding Gate (Ref: Quotation-746002556).
Amount Paid: 50% Down Payment of ₱122,500.00 deposited into their BDO/China Bank accounts.
Location: Their office is listed at #14 Molave St., Brgy. San Vicente, Angono, Rizal.
Viber Used: +639619390296.
The Red Flags:
Immediately after the 122k was cleared, the "professionalism" stopped:
Ghosting: They have completely ignored all calls and Viber messages for days, violating their own 48-hour response policy stated in their contract.
No Official Receipt (OR): Despite the large amount, they refused to issue a legal OR, which is a major red flag for tax evasion.
Zero Progress: No materials have been delivered, and no work has been performed.
If you are looking for gate automation or smart home services, AVOID TWINQO PHIL. They use professional-looking websites and contracts to lure you in, take your down payment, and then disappear.
