I have a thinkpad t480s and I wanted to have a fresh copy of windows 11 installed along side my Linux mint install, rather than windows taking all of my storage space by duel booting off the same SSD, I figured I could just have each on separate drives. The thing is I didn't know that ssd's could short circuit, I had used electrical tape and wrapped them together making it so they could both fit in the same area in my laptop and boom, it fit so I plugged it in and I think I had heard a pop or a click come from it but I thought that's just how it's sounds when you put it back in. Low and behold, I killed it as it no longer shows when I try to boot up my laptop. I don't have a new SSD or hard drive and I don't have a thing for any other form of bootable media nor do I have a second computer to make a new file, is there any way to fix this issue in the next 6-8 hours as I have school tomorrow and don't have my laptop now
