Need some help with my waves!

This (and the hairloss) sub have helped me loads in the last couple of months, I'm hoping for a little more specific help🤞🏾.
I think my hair is wavy, but I have random ringlets, one on each side just under my ears. Depending on how it dries it can look anywhere between type 2a to 2c.
Is it just wavy? Is it curly? What products would you recommend?
I used to buy whatever shampoo was on offer/looked good but since browsing posts here I now use:
Ogx Clarifying shampoo or Head and Shoulders
Ogx Biotin and Collagen shampoo or L'Oréal Growth Booster Shampoo
Routine:
(In the first 3 pictures attached it's Head and Shoulders then the Biotin one.
Then L'Oréal Growth Booster conditioner.)
Then I tried using Umberto Gianni curl conditioner but it weighed my hair down so ditched that.
Final thing is Cantu weightless smooth curl cream them scrunch up then leave to air dry.
I wrote this out a couple days ago and left it.
Today (last 3 pics) I did a slight different routine and wish I hadn't gone in with the hairdryer as the curls looked promising beforehand 😭
OGX clarifying shampoo
Garnier hair food aloe shampoo and conditioner then mask which I rinsed out
Flora and curl volumising foam
Flora and curl gel
John Friedo frizz ease heat protection
Wrapped in microfiber towel for a bit
Then used a diffuser attachment to dry upside down.
Curls went from looking really defined snd curly to a frizzy mess.
My hair is thin but the strands are thick.
It also gets limp if there is too much product in it, so I have to be careful. I like the volume the current products create but it's so frizzy despite looking quite hydrated/shiny to me.
What am I missing? 😅
This is all so new to me as my routine for the past 3 decades has been wash in the morning then let air dry and hope it looks okay.
My daughter has similar hair, although hers is more wavy with ringlets at the bottom if it dries a certain way. If I used the Cantu kid's cream on her it just goes straight and greasy. But when left to air dry, her hair is wavy too, with some ringlets dotted about.
I have about 5 minutes to sort my hair in the morning so barely enough time to whack in some cream, let alone fiddle with a diffuser. Are there any easy to use, weightless, budget friendly products out there that people with similar hair to mine use?
Or is my hair not wavy or curly at all and am I just deluded?
Thanksss!
