Hi everyone, I wanted to know if anyone experienced something similar and managed to recover without going back home or quitting their new life/job. A few months ago after H. pylori treatment I became much more sensitive to stress and anxiety, especially around sleep and physical symptoms. I was doing much better recently at home: sleeping 8–9 hours normally, almost no anxiety waves, and no tinnitus. Then I traveled again to Luxembourg to start a new job and after one stressful night + an argument with my boyfriend, I suddenly started having interrupted sleep again (4–6 hours broken sleep), anxiety surges, and strong tinnitus/buzzing that I hear day and night especially in silence. The more I focus on sleep and tinnitus, the worse it becomes, and now I’m scared I’m restarting the same cycle I had before. What confuses me is that last time everything improved when I went back home, so now I’m afraid my nervous system only feels safe there. Has anyone gone through this after stress/travel/life changes and managed to calm their nervous system and sleep normally again without resigning or escaping the situation? What helped you break the cycle
