Has anyone experienced loud creaking with the DualSense shell?

My controller is completely new, and I’ve used it very little — probably less than two months.

It’s definitely an original DualSense: it connects perfectly, and all features work flawlessly, including the haptics and adaptive triggers.

The problem is that the shell creaks and clicks a lot when I lightly squeeze it or slightly twist it in my hands. The sound is especially noticeable around the grips. Sometimes the creaking is so sharp that it becomes annoying during gameplay.

There is no official Sony service center in my country, and I didn’t buy the controller from an official retailer, so warranty support is complicated.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

What can I do to get rid of this annoying creaking noise?

Should I open it up, tighten the screws, use silicone lubricant, or is this just a factory defect?

Video attached.
