I recently just upgraded my old Karcher 1.2gpm pressure washer to the new Ryobi 1.8 Automotive. The pressure washer works great but I am having an issue where every time I let off the trigger I think the Ryobi shuts off faster than the karcher and it’s tripping the vacuum breaker on the hose bib.

It’s getting rather annoying as it sprays all over drywall in the garage over and over. Is this just because this pressure washer has more flow and different shut off switch?

I was thinking of getting the Ava go+ or active but curious if anyone else has a vacuum breaker working with their pressure washer. Since they are needed by code here and I really don’t want the water entering back into the house. My Karcher and old sun joe never did this.
