Passed C213 - You can do IT!
As the title shares, I passed C213! For background, I have no accounting experience. However, I have worked in Supply Chain for several years, so I have had some exposure to a few concepts. The total time it took to accomplish was 4 days (results may vary, go at your own pace).
These are my tips (take them for what you will):
1) Try your best to get through the book. It is a lot of material, but the book or watching all the videos will help. Also, take all the quizzes (you will use them in step 4)
2) Watch videos 1 and 2 from the book camp (Ron Daniel | C708 Boot Camp). This will help you significantly get through concepts and solidify your understanding. There are plenty of examples they walk through. Do the problems with the instructor. GAME CHANGER!!
3) Take the PA and utilize it as compass on where you need to study further.
4) Use either Claude or ChatGPT if you have it to build an OA test for you from the Q & As from the PA and quizzes in the book. Keep drilling this when you mess up and then ask it to change numbers and scenarios to really challenge you conceptually.
5) Go back to the book on certain sections if you still have a hard time understanding the concepts or watch the bootcamp again.
6) Take the PA again. This is really going to tell you if you are ready or not. If you do very well, then schedule it. If not, keep chipping away!
Good luck to everyone else working on this class. KEEP TRYING! YOU CAN DO IT!!
