I posted about “Miss Miso” the other day. She’s new to me, when we purchased her we were informed that she was female. The other day she was on a platform with her butt off and I noticed there was a large gap between the genitalia. Today miso wanted to come out and jumped into my arms. She was happy to hang out so I took the opportunity it’s to look. I’m a recent Vet tech school grad and we don’t learn a lot about chinchillas. I have a feeling Miss Miso is actually Mr. Miso. I took a photo would anyone be able to possibly help me? If not that’s alright I’ll take her to my vet for a check up.

I shared about miso yesterday. Today I spent some time with her in her play pen. She jumped right up for treats even jumping onto my shoulders!!! I bought this play pen as a safe way to allow her outside cage time while we get to know her and bond with her. I’m so happy she’s choosing to be with me 🩷🩷🩷.

I just graduated from college with a bachelors in veterinary technology. I just accepted my first full time position as an ER/ICU technician. I’m going to be working days for a few weeks then transitioning to overnights. Does anyone have any advise on making the transition easier? (I’m really looking forward to starting this job!!!)
