Didn't they try to fix it so Kayn would still get the R healing even though someone kills the target before R finishes? Well, that is not how it's currently at least.

Does Riot know about it? Have they said anything about it? Will they eventually fix it or do they think Kayn should not get the heal unlike they've previously stated?

I would like some clarity on the issue.
