27 X-Line SX Prestige Hybrid - Drifting Issue
Hey all. I wanted to share an issue we’re experiencing with our new 2027 Telluride X-Line SX Prestige Hybrid to see if anyone else has dealt with something similar.
We picked it up last month, and within the first week noticed significant drifting/pulling to the right while driving. I took it to Kia service, where they confirmed the alignment was off and performed an alignment correction. However, on the drive home from the dealership, the issue was still there.
The dealer then picked the vehicle back up and has now had it for about a week and a half. As of yesterday, they told us they currently have an open tech case with Kia engineers and have completed multiple tests without any success so far.
At this point, the dealer says they don’t have a fix. They also mentioned Kia hasn’t yet provided updated guidelines for 2027 alignments and/or driving assist calibration. Additionally, based on comments from both my sales rep and a member of the service team, this is reportedly not the first Telluride they’ve recently seen come in with drifting issues.
Curious if anyone else with a 2027 Telluride has experienced similar steering pull or drifting problems?
