I have been on a four dates with this guy, we are both 26. He seems really interested in me - texts me every morning, stays up late to text me. Brought me flowers, says he really likes me and wants something serious, and when I told him I’m not looking to jump into bed was completely understanding. The only issue is, his Snapchat score keeps going up. By a lot. Like 40 pts a day. I don’t usually use Snapchat, but he added me. At my age it feels juvenile to care…but my last relationship I got cheated on, and found out he was a pathological liar.
Should I be concerned at this point? Should I address it? We are not official, but I am getting attached. The amount of energy he’s putting in toward me seems like the amount one can only give to one person. He’s taking up all my “dating” energy at least… But given the fact that my trust was broken by the last guy I dated, I’m feeling a bit anxious.
