Since i’ve recently deleted social media, i wanted somewhere to share my progress. I started really getting into it February this year. Started at 280 with a waistline of 44 and shirts were 2xl. I am currently 205lbs, size 32 and wearing (some larges)
For me what really just melted the weight was my diet change. I completely cut out ultra processed foods and most processed. Mornings are fruit filled protein shakes, with chai seeds and creatine lol.
Lunch is 250g of pulled chicken breast and turkey tenderloin. Cooked in a crockpot. Meal prep that with a serving of rice, half an avocado and a serving of cheese. With some low cal sweet chili sauce. Bomb!!
Dinner I eat 2 eggs and 4 servings of egg whites. Im done eating by 5pm. No snacks other than pickles rn. I had one cheat meal so far, wings with a side of Brussels sprouts and a pint of dirt cake ben and jerrys.
On to workout routine. 5x a week I do my calisthenics 3x a day. Pushups 20-25, plank, leg raises, band assisted dips as well as pull-ups. I average 17k steps a day, with a 2 miles hike after work. I try to give myself 2 rest days but sometimes i cant. I changed so much that sitting makes me feel sick to my stomach. Like I’m going right back into my old ways.
All in all idk what im doing. Ive been fat my whole life, something just snapped. I only take creatine. Too many abdominal complications to even think about a glp-1. No hate just not for me. It took me crawling out of a 5 year depression to take action, if i didn’t i would have ate myself into the grave. Not done yet!
