Possible Stolen Cockatoos
I saw two possibly stolen umbrella cockatoos outside of the Walmart at Buena Park mall. This woman left them outside while she went in the store. Poor thing a were screaming. As someone who knows about the care for Exotic Birds, I could tell they were not being cared for correctly., plus leaving them outside puts them in danger. The woman got extremely aggressive with anybody who tried to talk to her, and sadly security gave the people who wanted to help more trouble than the woman. Anyway, at least one of the cockatoos appeared to be female. Just posting it out here, as I know these types of birds are sometimes stolen for the block market.
