So I’m looking for an “all around shoe” that let me do some heavy bag work, training sessions, lifting weights and some sparring and ring work.
Is that a possibility? Looking on older post this UAs have been mentioned and looks good but someone has any experience training with this shoes? Do you guys have any other recommendations? I hate training in running shoes 😢
So i was talking with my gf about lasers used in fototherapy/fotobiomodulation because she works in the area.
To make it short, i need help to understand why a long wavelength has more power of penetration on the skin in this case, whereas when we refer to get thru something like skin always came to mind shorts wavelength such as x rays for example.
