Fuse taps

Short Version: 07 V8 Sport. Installing a high watt charger for a dash project. Which fuse should I piggy back? Always on not required or desired. And where/what behind the dash is a good ground?

Long Version: I'm installing a 12v, 100w power supply behind the dash for a discreet fast charger; only the end of cable will stick out and go straight to a magsafe wireless mount on the dash. Relatively hidden and discreet. This will let me sling the phone on the dash without faffing with the old X mount I was using andwith fast wireless charging.

I am going to remove the 12V 'cigarette lighter' plug and solder splice to the tap directly, with heat shrink, so that'll reduce some bulk. But hence why I need to know a good ground point. I have done something similiar before but it was almost ten years ago, so I'm rusty.

(Fun facts: The 100w is only on the type c, which is hardlined into the box. The USB-A port offers 18w, should I desire to a dash cam, it can off this set up as well, later on.)

2007 4runner - dash cam kit... kinda?

What I want: I am aiming to install a high power (60w+) dedicated USB- Type A slot behind the dash for my mag charger and discreetly run a correctly angled type-C wire through to the mount to make a clean look.

What I know:

- I've installed a tap fuse before, but not a higher wattage one, so I was able to use any dashcam kit.

- I have solder wire connections, understand guages, hest shrink, etc,. Handy with a wrench.

- I will get an inverter for larger items and the like at a different point, right now, just want a clean dash.

What I need to know:

- Do I need to tap a higher amp fuse? Realistically it can't pull more than the fuse(s), but obviously the primary will be pulling double duty. If so, how high would you recommend?

- I can't find a clear option for a 60w inline inverter (or the proper terminology for it.) Maybe if I knew the proper terms I could find it easily? Help? I see the usual dash cam kits, but yeah.

- Is there smaller components (i.e., stand alone wire-in inverters exist, but I don't know how to turn that into USB power) I can buy create my desire power delivery if nothing off the shelf works (as unlikely as I image that to be)?

Thanks in advance.
