Hello, asking for recommendations on pet-friendly condominiums in Mandaluyong or other places so long as the MRT is accessible. First time buyer if ever. Currently, eyeing Pioneer Woodlands by Empire East but I saw reviews that properties by Empire East must be avoided at all cost, and so I'm dissuaded to proceed there. There are numerous good opinions about DMCI properties, double-checking with anyone if it's really okay to invest with said developer.
