Coming in early to throw parcels

I'm a CCA that's about to be 4 months on the job. I've been enjoying it so far despite the rough days. I honestly like carrying for the most part. Lately though, I've been asked to come in early on multiple occasions to help throw parcels. At first it started at 7 AM, then it turned to 6 AM and then to now 5 AM. We don't have many clerks here to be honest and it's a busy station. I really don't mind throwing parcels for the most part but it does get tiring having to wake up so early for it and do it for 5-6 hours. I have tried to get my supervisor to use other CCAs since its really been me and another employee mostly but things have been rocky. A couple days ago, one of my supervisors called me to check up on me while on my route and said that he heard I was upset at him for asking me to come in early one day and asked if it was true. I honestly felt surprised hearing that. He went on to say that they have to rotate to make it "Fair" and told me to come in at 5 the next day. To me it sounded like he took whatever I said personally, I honestly don't recall being upset really and can't even remember who I talked to about it.

I guess this was just me voicing my thoughts about it lately. Not much to add on. Anyone else have had to do this lately or in the past?
