3-2-1 spreadsheet

Does anyone have a copy of the spreadsheet pictured here that shows all the episodes of 3-2-1 he’s covered?

Got my prescription filled and the brand has switched from my usual round pills to ‘teva’ rugby ball shaped pills. I’m feeling the noticeable onset of really bad depression.
Crying, ideation, not taking care of myself, lashing out, overeating etc

I was just wondering if I’m just going through a bad patch or if the change in brand could actually be affecting me?
If anyone else has experience with mood change even though the ingredients are the same?
